GPC Development Sdn Bhd started operations in October 1999. The principal activities of the company are project management, property development and in collaboration with its associated construction arm Great Purpose Sdn Bhd, the construction industry (since November 1993).

 

Heading the team is Mr. Phoo Meng Khaw, Managing Director of GPC Development Sdn Bhd. He has vast experience in the field of construction and property development and management. He leads a team of experienced professional who are expert in their various field. Mr. Phoo is also the shareholder of other related companies whose activities include specialist contracting works, general contracting works and other investment businesses.

 

Since its incorporation, GPC Development has expanded tremendously and is a up and coming property developer in the state of Kedah. Through its associated companies, it has built an impressive track record, having undertaken several multi-million ringgit projects. Along the way, it has gained reputation for quality work completing most of its projects on time and providing excellent services to its client after the projects are handed over.
